The Products section is the central hub for managing your entire product catalog on MerchFox.Shop. Navigate to Products in the left-side menu to access all product management tools, organized into four sub-sections: All Products, Product Template, Collections, and Keyword TM.

All Products

The All Products page provides a complete overview of every product in your store. The product list is organized into three tabs:

• All — Displays the total number of products across all statuses

• Active — Products currently published and visible on your storefront

• Inactive — Products that have been unpublished or are pending review

Each product entry in the list displays the following columns:

• Product — The product thumbnail and full listing title

• Status — The current publication status of the product (Active / Inactive)

• Price — The listed retail price of the product

• Inventory — The available stock quantity. Products sourced via fulfillment integrations typically display Unlimited

• Vendor — The brand or supplier associated with the product

• Create Date — The date the product was added to the catalog

Filtering & Search

Use the search bar to locate products by name or product ID. Additional filters are available to narrow results by price range, collection, and listing status.

Bulk Actions

The top-right toolbar provides the following bulk management options:

• Export CSV — Export up to 10,000 products from your catalog as a CSV file for external use or data backup

• Import CSV — Bulk-import products into your store by uploading a correctly formatted CSV file

• + Create Product — Manually create a new product listing from scratch

Product Template

Product Templates allow merchants to define pre-configured product structures that are automatically applied when products are imported via browser extensions, scraping tools, or third-party integrations. Rather than manually configuring each product after import, templates ensure that every incoming product is immediately populated with your store's standardized settings.

Each Product Template can be pre-configured with the following attributes:

• Description — A default product description applied to all products using this template, including store policies, care instructions, size information, or brand messaging

• Size Chart — A standardized size guide embedded into the product page, ensuring consistent sizing information across your catalog

• Collections — Pre-assigned collection tags that automatically categorize imported products into the appropriate storefront collections

• TikTok Shop Category — The default product category mapping for TikTok Shop, used when syncing products to connected TikTok Shop accounts

• Variants — Pre-defined variant structures including size, color, and style options that are applied uniformly to all products using the template

• Price — Default pricing rules applied to imported products, which can be set as a fixed price or a markup formula based on the source product's base cost

ℹ️ Product Templates are particularly useful for merchants operating at scale who import large volumes of products through automation tools. By configuring templates in advance, you ensure that all imported products are store-ready with minimal manual intervention.

Collections

Collections allow you to organize your products into logical groups that are displayed on your storefront, making it easier for customers to browse by category, theme, season, or product type.

Collections can be assigned manually to individual products or applied automatically via Product Templates during the import process. A single product can belong to multiple collections simultaneously.

Example use cases: T-Shirts, Music Merchandise, Fan Gifts, New Arrivals, Sale Items

Keyword TM (Trademark Keywords)

The Keyword TM feature enables merchants to define a list of restricted keywords — typically trademarked terms, brand names, or protected intellectual property — that should be automatically excluded when importing products from external sources.

When a scraping tool, browser extension, or import process retrieves a product whose title or description contains any keyword on your Keyword TM list, that product will be skipped and not added to your catalog.

How it works:

• Navigate to Products → Keyword TM

• Add the restricted keywords or phrases you wish to block (e.g., trademarked artist names, brand names, or terms that violate your store's compliance policy)

• The system will automatically screen all incoming product data against this list during any import or sync operation

• Products matching one or more restricted keywords will be excluded from the import queue

⚠️ Maintaining an up-to-date Keyword TM list is strongly recommended to minimize the risk of listing products that infringe on registered trademarks, which may result in product takedowns or account suspension on connected sales channels such as TikTok Shop.
