To access your personal account settings, click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select View Your Profile, or navigate to Settings → Account → Account Owner → View Your Profile. The Account Settings page is organized into four sections accessible via the left-side navigation panel.

Profile

The Profile tab allows you to manage your personal information as displayed across the platform. The following fields are available:

• First Name (Required) — Your account's registered first name

• Last Name (Required) — Your account's registered last name

• Email Address — Your verified login email address. This field is non-editable. Contact MerchFox Support to request an email change.

• Phone Number (Optional) — A contact number for account-related communications

• Address (Optional) — Your personal or business mailing address

• Social Profiles (Optional) — Enter profile URLs for your social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Instagram

You may also upload a profile avatar by clicking the Upload Avatar button on the left panel. Once all changes are made, click Save Changes to apply.

Security

The Security tab provides tools to manage your account's authentication credentials and two-factor authentication settings.

Change Password

To update your login password, complete the following fields and click Change Password:

• Current Password — Enter your existing password to authenticate the request

• New Password — Enter a new password meeting MerchFox's security requirements

• Confirm New Password — Re-enter the new password to confirm

Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to your account. To enable 2FA, toggle the Enable 2FA switch to the active position and follow the on-screen configuration steps.

⚠️ MerchFox.Shop strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all merchant accounts, particularly those with access to billing and financial data.

Recent Login History

The Recent Login History tab provides a chronological log of all sessions associated with your account. Each entry displays the following details:

• Device & Browser — The operating system and browser version used during the session (e.g., Windows 10 – Chrome 145 Browser)

• Location — The geographic location resolved from the session's IP address

• Date & Time — The exact timestamp of the login event

• IP Address — The network IP address from which the session originated

ℹ️ Regularly reviewing your login history is recommended to detect any unauthorized access. If you identify a session you do not recognize, change your password immediately and enable 2FA via the Security tab.

Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to configure the types of communications you receive from MerchFox.Shop. Settings are divided into two categories:

Email Notifications

• Receive newsletters

• Receive account updates

• Receive promotional offers

SMS Notifications

• Receive security alerts

• Receive login alerts

• Receive promotional offers

Select the notification types you wish to receive and click Save Notification Settings to apply your preferences.
